Job Summary

Frank's Pizza is hiring a Pizza Catering Coordinator to coordinate catering orders, customer requests, event details, and food service logistics. This role works with customers, kitchen staff, delivery teams, and management to ensure catering orders are prepared accurately and delivered or presented on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pizza catering orders for parties, meetings, and special events
• Communicate with customers to confirm menus, quantities, dates, and service requirements
• Enter and maintain accurate catering orders and customer information
• Coordinate catering order details with kitchen and restaurant staff
• Prepare catering schedules and confirm order preparation and pickup times
• Monitor catering orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion
• Assist customers with menu selections, portion requirements, and catering options
• Coordinate packaging, pickup, delivery, and event service arrangements
• Process deposits, payments, invoices, and other approved catering transactions
• Follow up with customers regarding order changes, questions, or special requests
• Maintain organized catering records, calendars, and order documentation
• Help resolve catering service issues and escalate complex concerns to management
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and event contacts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, customer service, and workplace procedures

Requirements
