The Greenhouse restaurant is growing and looking to bring a driven and skilled Pizza Chef onto our team. We have a food philosophy that encourages and applauds consistency and is driven by solid fuel cooking with wood & charcoal. We use the finest local ingredients and organics when possible and change menus ongoing.
Minimum 1-2 years of Pizza Chef experience is required.
You will be responsible for…
- High quality Napoli style pizzas
- High volume services
- Lunch & Dinner services
- Responsible for food safety and hygiene
- BOH operations
- Food Safety procedures
