Role: Chef De Partie (CDP) Pizza & Live Counter
Experience: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Live Baking & Counter: Hand-toss and bake artisanal/flatbread pizzas in an open live kitchen while interacting with customers at the counter.
- Dough & Prep: Prepare fresh dough daily (kneading, proofing, stretching), signature sauces, and mis-en-place for savory bakes and garlic breads.
- Oven Operations: Operate deck/conveyor ovens to ensure consistent crust quality, taste, and speed during peak hours.
- Inventory & Hygiene: Maintain strict FIFO inventory, minimize waste, and adhere to FSSAI food safety and open-kitchen grooming standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef / CDP in a high-volume bakery, cafe, or open kitchen.
- Mastery of dough fermentation, oven temperature control, and topping balance.
- Strong multitasking, hygiene practices, and customer-facing communication skills.
