Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and consistency
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in meal preparation for various menu items beyond pizza as needed
• Serve hot, fresh pizzas to customers in a timely manner while ensuring quality control
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures diligently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary environment
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including pizza ovens, mixers, and prep stations
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen
• Previous experience serving customers or working in a fast-paced food service setting is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation
