About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and pizzas
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock control and kitchen preparation
• Work effectively during busy service periods
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen

Requirements

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred not necessary
• Previous pizza or commercial kitchen experience
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Passion for quality food
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
