We are an independent pizzeria based in the popular Northern Quarter of Manchester. Our team is welcoming and hard-working. We are looking for a new team member keen to learn and help us in delivering a great product to our customers.

Job description

We're looking for a Pizza Chef to join our great kitchen team. The ideal candidate will work with a professional team and they will get plenty of support and training for all the activities of the pizzeria: dough preparation, cooking and stock management. Any experience with Italian products & Neapolitan pizza style is essential. Preferable but, not essential is the knowledge of the Italian language.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Produce all pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner.

• Ability to ‘hand stretch’ pizza dough.

What we’re looking for:

• Passionate about producing quality pizzas using a stone oven.

• Genuinely passionate about cooking, food and hospitality.

• Significant experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Flexible availability with the ability to work across a rotating 6-day rota.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
