Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wood-Fired Pizza Chef to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using traditional and innovative techniques, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow recipes meticulously to maintain flavor profiles and presentation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, mixers, knives, and other essential tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including sanitizing workstations and handling ingredients properly
• Manage food production during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality
• Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen
• Ability to multi-task and pitch in where necessary is a must

Experience

• MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience with a Wood-Fire Oven
• Demonstrated proficiency with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with dietary department protocols and food sanitizing procedures
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
