Job Summary
We are a small buisness based in the heart of morriston with a menu full of traditional itallian dishes and welcoming colleagues aswell as customers!

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation and safety, with a flair for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards while maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Your creativity and culinary skills will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and cook high-quality Pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to in the kitchen at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality/kitchen jobs is preferable but not necessary!
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
