Job Summary
Williamsburg Pizza is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to prepare New York-style pizzas and maintain consistent quality in a busy Brooklyn kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheese, and toppings.
• Stretch and shape dough for different pizza styles.
• Assemble pizzas accurately according to recipes and orders.
• Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking temperatures.
• Maintain consistent quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and keep the pizza station organized.
• Follow food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous pizza-making or pizzaiolo experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dough preparation and pizza oven operation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to food quality and consistency.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Williamsburg Pizza is a New York-style pizzeria with its Williamsburg location at 265 Union Ave in Brooklyn. The company operates several locations across Brooklyn as well as locations in Omaha.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
