We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join Sonnys, an nindependent New York-style pizza shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza-making, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizzas that meet our customers' expectations. This role involves preparing and cooking pizzas according to our recipes, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities 職責

• 準備同煮薄餅： 根據我哋嘅餐牌同自訂訂單整薄餅，確保高質素嘅擺盤同味道。

• 食材準備： 切菜、切肉，同埋準備薄餅醬汁（例如番茄醬、香草醬、白汁）。

• 麵糰管理： 每日由零開始準備薄餅麵糰，包括拉薄、碌平同鋪餡料。

• 存貨管理： 監察食材庫存，按需要訂購物資，維持適當嘅庫存水平。

• 廚房運作： 保持工作環境乾淨同已消毒，遵守所有食物安全指引。

• 食譜研發： 協助開發新嘅薄餅食譜同餐牌項目，豐富我哋嘅出品。

• 顧客服務： 以專業態度處理顧客查詢同特別要求。

• 團隊協作： 同廚房同事緊密合作，確保運作順暢同訂單準時送出。

• Prepare and Cook Pizzas: Make pizzas based on our menu and custom orders, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

• Ingredient Preparation: Chop vegetables, slice meats, and prepare pizza sauces (e.g., tomato, pesto, white cream).

• Dough Management: Prepare pizza dough from scratch daily, including stretching, rolling, and topping.

• Inventory Management: Monitor food stock, order supplies as needed, and maintain inventory levels.

• Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to all food safety guidelines.

• Recipe Development: Assist in developing new pizza recipes and menu items to enhance our offerings.

• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and special requests with professionalism.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
