Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sourdough Pizza Chef to come and join our kitchen team.

Your main role will be to make, shape and cook the pizzas!

Additionally you'll be required to help prep fresh ingredients, mix the dough for service and help with any food preparation needed in the kitchen.

You will be proficient in shaping dough and enthusiastic about food and ideas that could be implemented within the business.

About you:

• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for sourdough pizza production and have the ability to learn fast, under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to work with dough; mixing, scaling and shaping.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work in a small team, forging relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Excellent command of written/ spoken English and strong numeracy skills for the ability to follow and scale up recipes.
• A positive mental attitude and willingness to work hard, in a physically demanding but highly rewarding role.

Hours:

15-20 hours (approx.) per week during our Taproom opening hours plus overtime for holiday cover and additional opening days.
