Responsibilities

• Manage the entire pizza-making process, from dough preparation to topping assembly and baking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfect results every time
• Assist in ingredient inventory management and communicate supply needs promptly
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or culinary setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to pizza making and meal preparation
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality in every pizza produced
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
• Prior restaurant experience or serving background is a plus but not required
