About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our talented culinary team at the renowned WINDSOR HOTEL' in South Perth WA 6151. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for leading the pizza section and ensuring the highest quality and consistency of our delicious wood-fired pizzas.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the daily operations of the pizza section, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Developing and refining pizza recipes to enhance our menu offerings
• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the pizza section
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary ingredients and supplies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Proven expertise in wood-fired pizza preparation, including the ability to create authentic, flavourful pizzas
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
• Creativity and innovative thinking to develop new pizza recipes and enhance the menu
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of efficiency during peak service periods
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests
