Courtyard at Dee Why RSL is looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a pizza oven and can confidently take ownership of the pizza section. You’ll be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality pizzas, from making and rolling fresh dough through to service.

About the role

As our Pizza Chef, you will:

• Prepare, portion, proof and roll pizza dough
• Produce high-quality pizzas consistently during service
• Set up and maintain the pizza section
• Manage the pizza section independently during service
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet our standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
• Work closely with the broader kitchen team to deliver smooth service

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3–5 years’ experience working as a Pizza Chef
• Strong experience making and rolling pizza dough
• A solid understanding of pizza preparation and cooking techniques
• The ability to confidently run the pizza section solo
• Good speed, organisation and attention to detail
• A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service environment

What's the pay?

• Monday to Friday - $32.13 p/hr ($35.08 p/hr after 7:00pm)
• Saturday - $48.20 p/hr
• Sunday - $56.23 p/hr
• Public Holidays - $80.33 p/hr
• 17.5% annual leave loading
