Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow established recipes and menu specifications to meet customer expectations
• Manage food production processes, including dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and finishing touches
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and seasonal specials
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, poaching stations, braising pans, and knife tools efficiently and safely
• Ensure high-volume production standards are met during busy service hours while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Requirements

• Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred; restaurant or food service experience is essential
• Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and food handling
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations within a high-volume environment
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in cooking methods such as grilling and food production for diverse menu items
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and quality standards
• Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable to elevate the customer experience

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
