Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AM Pizza/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you’ll craft high-quality pizzas that keep customers coming back for more. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas following established recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Contribute ideas for new pizza flavors and menu items
• Properly store and handle all ingredients to ensure freshness and quality
• Safely operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, knives, and prep stations
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including all surfaces, tools, and equipment
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service and timely order completion

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
• Solid understanding of food safety and proper handling procedures
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation
• Experience with menu development, catering, or upscale dining is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience in dietary or healthcare food service is helpful but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
