Duties

• Prepare a variety of pizza dishes according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service
• Assist in menu planning to introduce new pizza options and seasonal specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Support food preparation for catering events and special functions as needed
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner
• Follow proper knife skills and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality in every pizza

Skills

• Extensive dietary department experience or dietary aide experience preferred
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Proven experience with menu planning and meal preparation in fine dining or casual restaurant environments
• Excellent knife skills, culinary experience, and knowledge of food safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Familiarity with catering services, serving procedures, and kitchen operations
• Passion for the food industry with a focus on pizza-making, food service excellence, and customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
