Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards
• Assist with menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas to enhance offerings
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
• Support the team during busy hours by providing excellent food service and timely meal preparation
• Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch

Skills

• Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques for meal preparation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with menu planning, fine dining standards, or catering services is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
