Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled with food safety in mind
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza options and seasonal specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Follow food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy hours
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking

Requirements

• Prior experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred, with knowledge of food handling standards
• Proven culinary experience, especially in pizza preparation or fine dining environments
• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, knife handling, and meal assembly
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Experience in restaurant or kitchen settings within the food industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
