Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Support food production for dine-in, takeout, catering events, and high-volume service periods
• Ensure consistent quality by following recipe specifications precisely and monitoring portion sizes

Qualifications

• Previous experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating commercial kitchen equipment
• Experience with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent food handling skills with an understanding of dietary requirements and menu adherence
• Proven ability to follow recipes accurately and support team collaboration in a busy kitchen setting

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
