Pizza Cook

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for food preparation and experience working in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, sauces, meats, cheeses, & vegetables according to our recipes & specifications

• Prepare and cook delicious pizzas, salads, & sides following our recipes

• Ensure the quality and presentation of pizzas, salads & sides meet our standards

• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when needed

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

• Greet customers in shop and over the phone with a smile

• Guide customers through the ordering process and fulfill their expressed and unexpressed needs

• Present customers with their food and confirm their orders

• Assist in other customer service and kitchen duties as needed

• Ensure closing duties are performed to high standards of organizations, sanitation and cleanliness and the shop is ready for the next day

Experience

• Proven experience as a cook in the food service industry

• Knowledge of food safety practices

• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in pizza making is a plus but not required

Certifications

-Food Safety Handling Certificate preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 44 per week
