Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
• Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment while maintaining consistent quality
• Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed to support the kitchen team
• Serve customers efficiently at the counter or during takeout orders, providing friendly service
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
• Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients

Experience

• Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
• Hands-on experience with cooking and meal preparation in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential
• Experience with serving customers and managing food service operations is a plus
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment used for pizza making such as ovens, mixers, and prep stations
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
