Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen. In this role, you will be the heart of our pizza kitchen, crafting delicious, high-quality pies that keep our guests coming back for more. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food, experienced in various cooking techniques, and eager to work in a lively, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas following established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning.
• Ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Maintain high standards of food handling, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with team members during busy periods to ensure timely meal production and excellent service.

Experience

• Previous experience in stretching dough and making pizzas.
• Strong knife skills and experience operating kitchen equipment are essential for efficiency and safety.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is necessary to uphold health standards.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
