Job Summary
Join our Mario's Speakeasy team as a Pizza Cook, where your passion for pizza will shine! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality thin crust pizzas as well as strombolis, garlic knots and cheesy bread. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety is essential to ensure every dish meets our standards of excellence. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Ingredient, veggie and dough prep
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed during food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service in a high-energy environment
• Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience making hand tossed thin crust pizza
• Skilled in food industry practices including knife skills, food preparation, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism

Pay: $24.52 - $30.00 per hour
