Pizza Cook

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Pizza Cook to join our energetic kitchen team. In this hands-on role, you’ll craft high-quality pizzas and related menu items in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Your skills will help us deliver memorable dining experiences, with every dish prepared to our standards for consistency, flavor, and presentation. This is a great opportunity for a motivated culinary professional with experience in food prep, kitchen operations, and high-volume production to grow in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Duties

• Prepare a variety of pizzas following established recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and slicers.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• Handle food properly throughout the cooking process, following all safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service kitchens, especially pizza or upscale dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
• Solid food prep skills, including knife skills and recipe execution.
• Experience using kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and food processors
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment without compromising quality.
• Excellent food handling practices with a strong focus on safety and cleanliness.
