Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate Pizza Cook to join our busy kitchen crew. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas with precision and flair, ensuring each pie meets our high standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and prep stations safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or modifications based on customer preferences.
• Support high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Follow food safety management practices, including proper sanitizing of surfaces and utensils.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely pizza preparation and delivery to guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles, especially in pizza making or fine dining environments.
• Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety sanitizing procedures and handling techniques.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, mixers, and knives.
• Familiarity with recipe adherence, meal preparation, and high-volume production processes.
• Background in catering or restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in grilling, braising, poaching, or other culinary techniques are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
