Pizza Cook

Cosmo's Pizza is looking for experienced pizza cooks to join our team at our new Broomfield location! We're a fast-paced, independent New York-style pizza shop specializing in large, hand-tossed pizzas. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who have previous experience making pizzas from scratch and are comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous hand-tossed pizza-making experience is required.
• Experience working with deck ovens is strongly preferred over conveyor ovens.
• Ability to stretch and toss dough by hand consistently and efficiently.
• Experience topping, cooking, and managing multiple pizzas during high-volume rushes.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Strong attention to quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Stretch, toss, top, and cook pizzas to Cosmo's standards.
• Maintain consistency in pizza quality, appearance, and cooking.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and other in-shop duties as needed.
• Work efficiently with the team during busy shifts.

Prior experience with New York-style pizza is a major plus.

If you have genuine hand-tossed pizza experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
