Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join a new family owned small restaurant that offers pizza and wings and indian food under one kitchen. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about both cultures. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced environment. Your culinary expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety will ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers and food processors safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures rigorously to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination.
• Handle food production tasks including dough making, topping assembly, baking, and finishing touches for optimal presentation.
• Maintain proper food handling techniques during meal preparation to ensure health standards are met.
• Support high-volume production during busy hours by managing multiple orders while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with pizza experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, sanitizing procedures, and high-volume production processes.
• Background in catering or large-scale food production is advantageous for managing multiple orders seamlessly.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
