Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to our high standards, following established recipes and techniques.
• Ensure the kitchen area and workstations are clean, organized, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with dough preparation, topping pizzas, and other kitchen tasks as required.
• Maintain a consistent level of quality and efficiency during peak hours.
• Work independently to manage tasks and responsibilities during your shift.
• Restock and organize ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Safely lift and transport items up to 50 pounds (e.g., flour bags, supplies).

Core Competencies:

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven experience working in professional kitchens, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations. ServSafe Certification required within 30 days.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience making pizza in a professional setting.
• Hands-on experience making dough, including mixing, proofing, and shaping.
