Overview

Anchora Osteria is looking for a reliable Pizza Cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and execute dishes according to chef standards and recipes
• Complete daily prep including chopping, slicing, portioning, marinating, and organizing ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Work efficiently during service while supporting the entire kitchen team
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Assist with inventory organization, stock rotation, and kitchen prep lists
• Ensure every dish is prepared consistently, cooked properly, and presented with care
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen preferred
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience in Italian cuisine or upscale dining is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
