Rossi is looking for an experienced Pizza Cook to join our team in New Port Richey, FL! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Stretch, top, and bake dough using proper techniques for optimal results
• Manage pizza oven temperatures and cooking times for perfect execution
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain food consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Assist with food prep, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup/breakdown
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar kitchen role required
• Proficiency in dough handling, stretching, and working with a pizza oven
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handler certification preferred or willingness to obtain
