Pizza Cook/Line Cook

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation and service. We are willing to train the right person. This role requires a commitment to high-quality food handling and kitchen practices, ensuring that every pizza is made to perfection. Must be available nights and weekends after 4 pm. Pay based on experience.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
• Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills and techniques for efficient preparation.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently during busy times.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in food service or culinary roles.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
