• **Navigation:**Effectively using maps or GPS to find delivery locations and manage routes efficiently.
• **Customer Service:**Providing friendly and professional service, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
• **Payment Handling:**Collecting payments (cash or card), processing transactions, and providing change.
• **Vehicle Maintenance:**Ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean, with a full gas tank, well-maintained, and reporting any issues to management.
• **Order Accuracy:**Verifying orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy and completeness.
