Job Summary
Anthony's Pizza & Pasta is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pizza Host Services Associate to support front-of-house operations and create a welcoming dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will assist with greeting and seating guests, managing dining areas, supporting takeout service, and coordinating with restaurant team members during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with seating guests and organizing dining areas.
• Manage guest flow and help maintain an efficient front-of-house operation.
• Answer basic menu questions and assist guests with general requests.
• Support takeout and pickup orders by confirming order details and directing guests appropriately.
• Communicate guest requests and special needs to servers and kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable host and dining areas.
• Clear and reset tables as needed during service.
• Restock menus, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other service supplies.
• Assist with phone inquiries and routine customer-service requests.
• Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Assist restaurant team members during busy service periods.
• Support opening, closing, and routine front-of-house cleanup duties.
• Report customer concerns, supply shortages, or operational issues to management.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hosting, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and service quality.
