Job Summary

Wick's Pizza Parlor is hiring a Pizza Kitchen Team Member to support daily pizza preparation, food production, order fulfillment, and kitchen operations. This role assists with ingredient preparation, pizza assembly, cooking, order packaging, kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining efficient service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and other ingredients
• Portion and organize ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Assemble pizzas and other menu items accurately according to customer orders
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain consistent food quality
• Prepare and package dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen stations
• Restock ingredients, toppings, packaging, and kitchen supplies
• Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, counters, and food preparation surfaces
• Check food quality, freshness, and proper storage
• Assist cooks and kitchen team members during busy service periods
• Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with opening, closing, and general pizzeria duties

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion standards
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
