We are seeking a skilled and dedicated FULL-TIME PIZZA MAKER ONLY with extensive experience in preparing authentic Italian New York-style pizza.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 YEARS OF HAND-ON EXPERIENCE making authentic Italian New York-style pizza.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, hand-stretching, topping, and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
