Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble a variety of Feteers according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Mix, knead, and roll dough to create fresh Feteers bases and baked goods with precision and consistency
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
• Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and proper storage of ingredients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours and uphold excellent food service standards

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or kitchen environments within the food industry or restaurant settings
• Strong knife skills for efficient ingredient handling and prep work
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a high-energy environment
• Experience with menu planning or fine dining is a plus for creative pizza crafting
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Familiarity with catering or large-scale meal preparation is advantageous

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
