Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and consistency
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
• Follow recipes meticulously to ensure quality and uniformity across all menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties and seasonal specials
• Manage high-volume production during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
• Ensure proper food handling practices are followed at all times, including ingredient storage and portion control

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pizza maker or in food preparation within a fast-paced restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques
• Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures
• Experience with grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking methods preferred
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain high standards of food quality
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
