Duties

• Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and quality
• Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, maintaining consistent standards
• Handle food safely by following proper sanitation and hygiene practices in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with overall food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, throughout each shift
• Serve customers at the counter or in a dine-in setting with friendly and efficient service
• Follow all restaurant policies related to food handling, safety procedures, and quality assurance

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods specific to pizza making
• Excellent understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Good communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
• Kitchen experience that demonstrates familiarity with restaurant equipment and meal preparation processes
