Job Summary

Cicis Pizza is looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Maker to prepare fresh pizzas, maintain food quality, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients.
• Assemble and bake pizzas according to recipes.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper cooking times.
• Prepare pizzas for customer orders and buffet service.
• Keep the pizza station clean and organized.
• Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Properly store and label food items.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist other kitchen team members during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous pizza, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Good attention to cleanliness and food quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
