Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas while ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cooking stations and equipment.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Pizza Store is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including pizza making.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
