Duties

• Prepare and assemble pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and cheeses with precision and care
• Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, ensuring consistent quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and overall kitchen area
• Follow food handling and safety protocols to ensure all products meet health standards
• Assist with meal preparation and food service tasks during busy hours to support team efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of supply needs
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior food service or restaurant experience, especially in food preparation or cooking roles
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards in the food industry
• Experience with serving customers in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to health regulations
