Duties

• Prepare and assemble pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and cheeses with precision and care.
• Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times to ensure optimal quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety standards.
• Assist in meal preparation for various menu items beyond pizza when needed, supporting overall kitchen operations.
• Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supplies needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen work is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation.
• Prior restaurant experience or similar food service background is a plus.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers.
• Basic knowledge of serving procedures is beneficial for supporting overall restaurant operations.
