Pizza Maker – Job Role & Responsibilities

Job Role:

• Prepare and bake pizzas according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, size, and presentation.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene standards.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Keep the pizza station and kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order execution.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Assist with inventory checking and ingredient preparation when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or in a restaurant kitchen.
• Knowledge of pizza preparation and baking techniques.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
