Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care.
• Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, maintaining consistency in quality.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas to enhance customer offerings.
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple orders while maintaining high standards of food presentation.
• Follow all health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools are essential for efficient pizza assembly.
• Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating attention to special dietary needs.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with menu planning or culinary innovation is advantageous.
