Job Summary

Lulu's Fine Pizza & Sushi is seeking a skilled and dependable Pizza Maker to prepare fresh pizzas and support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate can work efficiently during busy service while maintaining consistent food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Stretch and shape dough for New York-style pizzas.
• Assemble pizzas accurately according to recipes and customer orders.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens safely.
• Maintain consistent cooking times, portions, and presentation.
• Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist other kitchen staff during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous pizza-making or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pizza preparation and oven operation is helpful.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong attention to food quality and cleanliness.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods.

About The Company

Lulu's Fine Pizza & Sushi is a neighborhood restaurant in Boise's North End that has been operating for about 20 years. The restaurant prepares New York-style pizza, calzones, Italian dishes, and sushi, with ingredients made from scratch daily.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
