Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for use.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking utensils.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in menu planning and development for seasonal offerings or special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in the food industry, preferably with pizza or similar culinary experience.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not required.
