We're a local, vibrant, and bustling restaurant dedicated to serving authentic, delicious wood-fired pizzas to our community. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to become a key member of our kitchen team.

What You'll Do:

• Craft exceptional pizzas using our wood-fired oven, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Prepare and maintain fresh ingredients, including dough, sauces, and toppings.
• Master the art of dough stretching, shaping, and baking in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimal baking.
• Provide excellent pizza related knowledge to other staff.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Maker, preferably with wood-fired oven experience.
• A passion for pizza and a dedication to quality.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, stretching, and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Formal culinary training or certification.
