North of Brooklyn Pizzeria is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality pizzas consistently.

Responsibilities

• Stretch pizza dough
• Build and cook pizzas according to company recipes and standards
• Safely operate and work with a stone pizza oven
• Launch pizzas into the oven, monitor the baking process, and rotate pizzas as needed to ensure proper cooking
• Remove, cut, and finish pizzas according to company standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Manage and maintain your station independently during service
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as required
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous pizza-making experience is required
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen is required
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification is considered an asset
