As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, ensuring that each dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
• Assist in menu planning, including creating new pizza recipes and specials.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance to other kitchen staff as needed, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a pizzamaker (be able to stretch pizzas with your hands).
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on pizza preparation and cooking techniques.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
